My Story

I grew up watching the desert sky from my home town in Lancaster CA. I originally went to college with the burning passion to become a neurologist but while pursuing my degree in psychology at the University of California, San Diego, I discovered I was more interested in how to use data to help people make better decisions. This desire lead me to complete a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction at Georgia Tech and a Ph.D in Industrial Engineering at Purdue.
